For those needing a higher level of care, they can take part in one of our Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP). This offers an option in between residential treatment and an outpatient program. PHP offers extended programming and regular patient evaluations to determine the next steps in their treatment process, allowing customization based on each individual’s current needs.
All PHP patients reside in our “recovery residences,” providing peer support and staff accountability. Talbott Recovery’s live-in communities are anything but clinical. Located just off-site, these residences provide a place to unwind, spend quality time reading, journaling and connecting with others who are also in treatment. This allows patients to have private time and reflection as well as the chance to process the new ways of living, thinking and feeling that accompany addiction recovery – all within close proximity to our experienced treatment professionals.
Is PHP Right for You?
Partial Hospitalization is right for anyone with a substance use disorder. Just like our other treatment options, the focus is on providing patients with the tools they need to get to the root of their addiction as well as any underlying mental health issues, so they are empowered to do the hard work needed to create lasting change.
Our multi-disciplinary approach includes a team of therapists, nurses, doctors and clinicians who treat patients with respect and care. While the program includes structure where necessary, we also encourage self-efficacy. This hands-on, experiential approach empowers individuals to build a foundation that will support their recovery out in the real world.
