Mark Smith is a Talbott Alumnus and a grateful guy for what he has discovered about himself. Mark has written his first book, Simplify Your Life from the INSIDE OUT: The 7 Keys to Finding Inner Peace. Mark describes it as “drawn from the lessons we all learn in recovery, but written for everyone.” He goes on to say, “I realized early on in my sobriety that keeping everything simple – inside and out – was one of the most important things I had to work on. Those days when everything was simple were by far the best days, and I started working on what would become the book just to learn more about my own self. I never really intended there to be a book… it just kept heading in that direction, and I decided to follow it.”

The forward to the book is written by Dr. James Fenley, who many of you will remember from his time delivering patient lectures at Talbott. The book is now available on Amazon and in the Kindle Store.
