Cost of CEU Seminars:

3 Hour Workshops: $30.00 per seminar general fee, $20.00 for Military Based Counselors, $15.00 for Talbott Treatment Alumni (licensed professionals only)

5 & 6 Hour Workshops: $100.00 per seminar general fee, $70.00 for Military Based Counselors, $50.00 for Talbott Treatment Alumni (licensed professionals only)

Refund Policy:
All requests must be made in writing and sent via email to dianne.gay@uhsinc.com, mailed to Talbott Recovery, c/o Dianne Gay, Project Manager, Educational Services, 20 Creekview Lane, Dallas, GA 30157, or faxed to 770-627-3975. Refunds will be given on requests made in writing, via email, traditional mail or fax, no later than 5 business days prior to the seminar.
